You have fifteen tools telling you fifteen different numbers. None of them tells you what to do.

FluidIQ reads your whole stack — ads, analytics, search, calls, storefront — ranks what's actually costing you money, and does the fixing. One system. One priority list. Your accounts stay exactly where they are.

The problem

The problem was never a shortage of data.

Fifteen tools. Fifteen dashboards. Fifteen different numbers for the same week.

Your SEO tool says 92 out of 100. PageSpeed says 34. Your ad platform reports conversions your analytics has never heard of. Every one of those numbers is defensible, and not one of them tells you what to do on Monday.

The information isn't missing. It's scattered across systems that don't talk to each other, and nobody's job is to reconcile it.

The boundary

We replace the layer that tells you what's wrong. We never touch the layer that runs your business.

What we replace

The diagnostic and optimization layer. The audit tools, the score dashboards, the reporting add-ons, the monitoring subscriptions, and the analyst hours you're spending to reconcile all of it.

What we never touch

Your store. Your ad accounts. Your email platform. Your payments. Your CRM. They stay where they are, in your name, under your login, running exactly as they run today.

Nothing we do can take your business offline. That isn't a promise about how careful we are — it's a limit on what we connect to in the first place.

How it works

Connect. Understand. Improve. Automate.

In that order, every time. Automation comes last because automating a process nobody understands just makes the wrong thing happen faster.

SVG

Connect

We bring your systems into one place — ad accounts, analytics, search, call tracking, storefront, CRM. Read access first. We ask for nothing that can change state until there's something worth changing.

SVG

Understand

We read the whole stack and tell you what happened, what changed, and what it's costing you. Findings are ranked by money, not by severity score. Every one shows the evidence it came from.

SVG

Improve

We recommend the fix order and tell you why that order. You approve what you want done. Then we do the work — our strategists on the judgment calls, our system on the repetition.

SVG

Automate

Once a fix is proven, we put the check on a schedule so the problem doesn't quietly come back. Only the proven ones. Only the repeatable ones.

People vs system

About half of this work will never be automated. We'll tell you exactly which half.

Every agency selling automation right now is quietly hoping you don't ask where the line is. Here's ours.

People decide
  • Campaign strategy and creative
  • Site structure
  • Landing pages and conversion work
  • Video
  • What a finding actually means for your business
  • Every conversation you have with us
The system runs
  • Feed compliance
  • Tracking verification
  • Negative keyword mining
  • Ad asset grading
  • Crawl triage
  • Call scoring
  • Weekly performance digests
Anyone can run an audit script. What you're paying for is the person who decides what it means — and a system that clears their desk of the repetitive half so they can.
Proof

This is what a finding looks like.

Last month we ran a full diagnostic on a table-tennis retailer's storefront. It's a store we run ourselves, which is the only reason we can show you the ugly version.

The audit surfaced six classes of issue. Product descriptions that described items as the functional opposite of what they are. A certification listed on a product category that has no such certification. Compare-at prices generated above the manufacturer's own list price — which is the kind of thing that gets a merchant account suspended, and did.

Every finding came back with the same four things attached: what we found, the evidence we found it in, how confident we are, and where it belongs in the fix order. No score out of a hundred. No list of 847 issues. Twelve things that mattered, in the order they should be fixed.

The uncomfortable part is that our own automation caused some of it. That's exactly why the review step exists, and why nothing reaches a live account without a person approving it first.

Fit

This is built for one kind of operator.

You'll get value from this if
  • You're running $10,000+ a month in paid media across more than one platform.
  • You can't justify a full-time analyst but the work an analyst does still needs doing.
  • You have more reporting tools than you have people who understand them.
  • Somebody asks you a straight question about last month and the honest answer is "depends which dashboard you're looking at."
You won't, if
  • You're spending under a couple of thousand a month. The findings won't be worth the fee, and we'd rather say so now.
  • You want to hand the whole thing over and never look at it again. Review-first means you look at it. That's the trade.
  • You want a number promised up front. We'll tell you what we find. We won't tell you what it'll do to your revenue before we've seen the account.
Who's behind it

Thirteen years of doing this by hand came first. The system came out of that.

agencies — FluidIQ Digital and a white-label book we deliver for

The automated parts of FluidIQ aren't a product we designed and then went looking for customers for. They're our own runbooks — the biweekly feed sweep, the tracking audit, the call review, the crawl triage — written down and handed to a system, one at a time, after doing each one manually enough times to know exactly where the judgment lives.

What you won't find on this site: a case study with a percentage in it. We don't yet have a completed outside-client before-and-after we'd be willing to put a number on, and we're not going to invent one. What we'll show you instead is the actual work — the real finding list, the real review sheet, the real fix order. Ask and we'll walk you through one.

Start with a Growth Check.

We read your stack and come back with a ranked list of what's costing you money and what to fix first. No credentials handed over on day one, no call required to get the answer, no commitment to anything after it.
